Sell an absurd, harmless bit for 60 seconds ("I'm the state cornhole champion"), then reveal it and laugh together.
Free. Nothing to download. Always take no for an answer.
Playing a character is a comfort sandbox. Being judged stops meaning being you.
You sell a harmless, silly claim for a minute, then reveal it and laugh together. Everyone leaves in on the joke.
They believe you too hard. Reveal it right away. The bit only works if everyone ends up laughing.
Rate your nerves from 1 (panicking) to 10 (at ease), and guess how it will go.
Play the card. A no counts. A bail counts. Walking up to the moment is most of the rep.
Rate your nerves again and say what actually happened. The gap between the two numbers is the workout.
