What we collect

Newsletter sign-ups: your first name and email address, when you opt in.
Program enrollment: your name, email, and the payment confirmation details processed by our payment provider.
Waiver: your full legal name, email, signing date, and an emergency contact name and phone number.
Automatic data: basic, non-identifying technical data (e.g., device/browser type) that our hosting provider logs to keep the site running.

Why we collect it

To run the walks and the 90-day program, and to reach you about them.
To send the newsletter and tips you asked for (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To keep a signed liability waiver and an emergency contact on file for safety.
To process your payment and honor the guarantee.

Who we share it with (service providers)

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that make the service work:

Netlify — hosts the site and processes form submissions (newsletter + waiver).
Stripe — processes payments. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Google — Google Fonts loads our typefaces; the optional "Add to Google Calendar" link opens Google Calendar if you choose to use it.

Email & marketing

We only email you the newsletter if you opt in, and every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Program-related and safety messages (e.g., waiver confirmation, walk logistics) are sent as part of running the service. We follow applicable email laws, including CAN-SPAM.

Cookies & tracking

The site does not set advertising cookies. Third-party resources we load (such as Google Fonts) may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. [Update this section if analytics or ad pixels are added later.]

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you're involved with the Program and as needed for legal, safety, and accounting reasons (a signed waiver, for example, may be retained for the period our insurer or the law requires).

Your choices

Children

The Program and site are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
