1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the 90-day walking and accountability program (the "Program") operated by [ENTITY NAME] in Nashville, Tennessee. By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these terms.
2. The Program
The Program is a 90-day commitment built around an in-person group walk held Mondays at 6 AM in Nashville, along with group accountability. The experience is the walk, the people, and the weekly check-in. We don't provide medical, nutritional, or therapeutic services, and nothing here is medical advice.
3. Physical activity & the waiver
Walking is physical activity that carries inherent risk. Before your first walk you must read and sign our Release of Liability. You are responsible for participating within your own physical limits and for consulting a physician if you have any doubt about your ability to take part.
4. Payment
The Program is a one-time fee of $497 for the full 90 days, processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Guarantee Policy.
5. Showing up & conduct
The Program works because people show up and treat each other well. We may remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe, harassing, or disruptive to the group, without a refund where the removal is for cause.

7. Intellectual property
