Why it works

One rep trains asking and hearing no at the same time.

You ask about a deal with a smile, hear the answer, and say thanks either way. Same energy for a yes and a no.

The answer is a flat no. Smile and say thanks. Counting a calm no is the point of this card.

Before
Rate your nerves from 1 (panicking) to 10 (at ease), and guess how it will go.

Play the card. A no counts. A bail counts. Walking up to the moment is most of the rep.

Rate your nerves again and say what actually happened. The gap between the two numbers is the workout.

Too big for tonight? Start at rank 1, The small favor. Cleared it? Rank 3 is Engineered no.
